About 30 unit trust consultants attended the Customer Retention and Upselling training at Bangsar. This is a compulsory training for promotion to Mutual Fund Agency Manager. Notable lesson learned:
- Action
- Cost of getting new unit trust investor is 10 times greater than the existing investor.
- Ability is what you are capable of doing. Motivation determines what you do. Attitude determines how well you do it.
