About 30 unit trust consultants attended the Customer Retention and Upselling training at Bangsar. This is a compulsory training for promotion to Mutual Fund Agency Manager. Notable lesson learned:

  1. Action
  2. Cost of getting new unit trust investor is 10 times greater than the existing investor.
  3. Ability is what you are capable of doing. Motivation determines what you do. Attitude determines how well you do it.
