Looking for Potential Unit Trust Consultants across Malaysia That Can Start Business with Less Supervision

We are on the expansion stage to recruit new unit trust consultants across Malaysia. We want to have only one great leader at each state to manage many potential unit trust consultants that have contacted us but we can’t afford to recruit them at that time as we were focus on the Klang Valley so far.

So as the number of interested people outside Klang Valley grow in a big way, we think it is lost of business opportunity to let them go nowhere. Thus, we would like to invite those who are really interested to lead and build massive unit trust consultants team at your respective state to join us NOW. What will happen when you join us: 1. We will train you to become leader and grow your personal sales and group sales 2. We give you leads of potential agents that have registered with us as well as clients per state basis. 3. Duplicate your strength and our strength to your agents and build your empire.

Sound nice right. It is. There are not many agents outside Klang Valley. You knew that. The potential is huge especially for the bumi market. Imagine there are more than 11 millions EPF members. How can the existing agents meet all of them. Imagine how many people invested in Fixed Deposits, ASB and Tabung Haji. These are all big untapped market. If people at each state did not take this opportunity to join this sunrise business, the Klang Valley agents will go and grab them all. So don’t blame anyone.

We have our rep in Kuantan and Bintulu already and looking forward who want to fill the vacant place in:

Perlis, Kedah, Kelantan, Penang, Terengganu, Perak, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Johor, Sabah and Sarawak.

If you are dare to take this quantum leap action, register at www.myunittrust.com/seminar or sms Azah 013-3970588

Keyword of Unit Amanah Malaysia atau Malaysia Unit Amanah atau Unit Amanah

There’s another challenge for me when I search certain keywords for unit trust related contents from Google and Yahoo. I have tried many combination of keywords like:

  1. unit trust consultant
  2. unit trust agent
  3. perunding unit amanah
  4. perunding unit trust
  5. apa itu unit trust
  6. etc etc

All the above keywords, you will see myUnitTrust.com appears on the first page. However, I’ve found that when I search the following:

  1. unit trust malaysia
  2. what is unit trust

None of my blog appears on the first page of search engine results. That’s a challenge. So when I free I’ll do something so that my blog will appear on the first page of the search engine. If you all guy with this know-how or ideas please give me advise how to do that.

What is the cost like if you want to open franchise business?

Friday Apr-4-08 I’ve been to Training & Career Fair at Mid Valley, Megamall KL. Try to look into opportunity there. I’ve stop at the entrepreneurs’ corner where I met many people who want to do business and find some ideas. I would like to share about how much if we were to open franchise business that being supported by PNS. The list (copy from hand-outs given by PNS) is shown below:

Franchise Name

Costs (RM)
1901 90k to 200k
Daily Fresh 12k-150k
Secret Recipe 450k
V-V Shop 75k-150k
Otai Burger 23k
Q-Dees 150k-180k

So what the above figure means to you. To me, thats a lot of money for you to start a new business. Do you know is there any lower start-up cost to build business that can give return comparable with the above business or can give even more?

If you don’t have any idea or would like to see a goooood business opportunity, we are glad to invite you to our office near Public Mutual Level 3, 42-3, Cheras Commercial Centre, every Sat 11am for Business Opportunity Discussion. Click here to register. The discussion is FREE www.myunittrust.com/seminar

Our Monthly Seminar Unit Trust Consultants at Menara TM is back

Hi young graduates and professional whether you are looking for jobs or already working with companies. Take a deep breath and think “How long will I want to work for people”. Why not I venture into business at a very young age rather than waiting until I retire? Am I underpaid or overpaid. What will happen to me 3 years from now? Do I have a roadmap to become my own boss? How to start a business? Where to find the capital? Who do I know to get contract? Where I want to send my kids for their tertiary education? Why SPM leavers do better than university graduates? Why Richard Branson do better than the Prof at university that teach Branson management style? How ….

So if you have these concerns, we are glad to invite you to our FREE Seminar on Why and How You Could Build Business in Unit Trust Industry. I was part of working professionals just like you 3 years ago. I’ve seen people (2nd Top Man) being asked to leave the company, being offered the scheme to retire early when they think they want to work with their company until 55. Believe me, there are no SECURITY in working with people. You don’t know where you will be in 3 years. Have you heard someone being transferred to a place they don’t like. And even if you have plan in 3 years you want to become a Manager, General Manager or CEO of the company, what is the percentage that it likely to happen. How many people or friend you have to pijak if you want to go up the corporate ladder? So, whether you like it or not, that is the culture of job hierarchy. Leave the rat-eat-rat mentality and come to our seminar for some ideas.

I recommend you all to listen to our seminar and you can take the ideas and think whether you are suitable with the business. Hurry up! There are 93 people have shown their interest to attend our seminar this Saturday 5 April 08 at Level 50 Menara TM Jalan Pantai Baru KL. Click here for the map & registration www.myunittrust.com/seminar or just call/sms Ms Azah 013-3640043
