From BFM89.9 I heard about the 3 golden rules of referral that can be used by unit trust consultants. They are:
- Ask for it (referral)
- Keep it simple and easy
- Give them a reason to give you the name (WII.FM)
What are the strategies:
- Sponsor your existing client party
- Referral campaign form
- Voucher instead of absolute money
Referral strategies is one of the best strategies to get your new clients. It is cheap and most effective.
