From BFM89.9 I heard about the 3 golden rules of referral that can be used by unit trust consultants. They are:

  1. Ask for it (referral)
  2. Keep it simple and easy
  3. Give them a reason to give you the name (WII.FM)

What are the strategies:

  1. Sponsor your existing client party
  2. Referral campaign form
  3. Voucher instead of absolute money

Referral strategies is one of the best strategies to get your new clients. It is cheap and most effective.
