This is one of the most FAQ asked by my unit trust consultants.

The answer that I always give is “call early in the morning before the prospect go to meeting i.e. 830am or just before they left their office i.e. 445pm”

Today I was asked again the same question. The answer is “if you know your prospect or client well, you can call them anytime” Imagine if your father call you during the night, will you answer the call. If you are a good son, what will you do?

So be nice to our prospect and client until we are so close like our own family. Then when we call them, they will answer us. If they cannot answer us immediately. They will return our call.

I have got a new PA today. From now on, the list of  Monthly Top Producers for our unit trust consultants will be prepared by her.

Many months went by. We wonder why we submit EPF case for unit trust investment in one of our mutual funds. Even though it is over 20th of each month, we can still get the commision for the month. Unlike last year, we must submit it before 14 of each month.

I gather the answers from some of our unit trust consultants. They say:

1. because we have started using the scanner machine for EPF appliication form in Klang Valey and thus the EPF case is faster in processing now
2. because the cut-off date for sales for the month of May is 31 May 2010
