Monday is a relax day for me as I normally didn’t meet my client in the morning. As we are getting older, some of our body parts become weak. So I try to do some exercise regularly. The intention nak jogging everyday ni memang dah lama. Tapi nak istiqamah tu lah yang susah sikit.
Just before everybody start putting their azam tahun baru, I letak dulu la my azam 2010 but it starts now. I akan jogging on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday and Friday off. Thursday swimming.
