Many people think that it is very very difficult to build businesses until they have forgotten to build it during their lifetime. And when they are near retirement age, then they think again and they said I should have build my own business so that I can get the passive income.

  • No 2 is Operation
  • No 3 is Sales

If you were to do all three at one time, memang susah dan takes time. Now focus on the most important element in business. That is sales. You have got to learn this skills because if you were engineering student like me, you have never being taught ab0ut sales. The good news is, it is not like learning calculus or electromagnetic in university.
