I have interviewed one of my new unit trust consultant on why they cannot produce. Namanya dirahsiakan. Kalau dia tahu habislah I.

So among other things yang dia cakap adalah:

  • No knowledge
  • No skills
  • No experience
  • Dont know where to go
  • What is the next step
  • How to do cold calling
  • How to do face-to-face
  • How to open booth
  • No confident to see client
  • No guidance from upline
  • Afraid of rejection
  • Tak tahu nak jumpa siapa
  • Tak tahu nak mulakan
  • Tak tahu nak build rapport
  • Malas lah
  • Tak de energy nak boost kita

Rasa-rasanya masalah yang kat atas ni dapat tak kita selesaikan. Ibelievewe can solve all of the problems above.

  • No confident to see client – prepare yourself during training role play and bring your upline to do hands-on training
  • No guidance from upline – ask one more time from your upline. If he don’t want, change your mentor
  • Afraid of rejection – rejection is a signal from prospect to know more. Rejection is a day to day event. Nothing new. Kolonel Saunders of KFC got near to 1000 rejection. Then he succeed
  • Tak tahu nak jumpa siapa – Jumpa Arif. I have 20,000 leads that u can see
  • Tak tahu nak mulakan – then you have to come to our weekly meeting and training
  • Tak tahu nak build rapport – tengok je dia suka apa. Puji sikit kerja dia. Cukup lah. Tak payah panjang-panjang
  • Malas lah – pergi je kerja balik
  • Tak de energy nak boost kita – Minum redbull. Bukan, terus kita buat kerja. Atau pergi la jogging ke, swimming ke.

  • huhuhu….betul tu…ada masalah kat atas tu sama macam situasi saya…btw…insyallah i will keep my promise to be a full timer in a short while…now i’m setting a new short goal and target for this year (maybe tak terlewat utk catch-up sales kot :D)
    And…i hope…hmmm….no…i’m SURE will meet the target…2M within 2 month (tak bole tahan nengok Raimey ngan Syed Ali mencanak2…hehehe)…insyaallah…salammmmm 😛
