Time pass very quick. Whether sedar ke tak sedar, it is already the 5th year I buat unit trust business. One of the best thing in this unit trust industry compared to telcos industry is that you become senior very quickly.
When I was in Telekom, if your experience is only 5 years – you are junior. In unit trust, 5 years means “oooohh… you dah 5 tahun buat unit trust” Mesti you dah jadi Group Agency Manager. This is the expectation.
On the other hand, if you have 5 years experience and then you become General Manager of a Telcos company. What is people respond. “Waa cepatnya. Dalam hati mereka “mesti you guna kabel baik punya”.
So you compare the two businesses, which one you choose to be financially free quicker.
