Very early 7 in the morning, I drive to Grand Season Hotel for the Seminar on Impacting Leadership Communication organized by FMUTM (Federation of Malaysian Unit Trust Managers).
The speaker is Alice George – a PR Consultant from AGC Communication. At 9am the Grand Ballroom is not yet full. 10am baru penuh sikit.
Imagine, it was difficult when we want to book for the seminar for our group consultants as it is said its FULL. Bila datang, tak penuh dan orang datang lambat. Lagi best, ramai yang balik sebelum seminar tamat.
What comes to my mind is that I think because the seminar is FREE, people just register and don’t come or they can come late and cabut awal. But they deprive other people to come.
Nevertheless, what I learned from the seminar is as follows:
