These two guys are the Group Agency Manager (agents’ highest rank in unit trust industry) in the making

Looking at the characters and their thinking, the two guys on the left will be leaders in unit trust industry. They are very young 29 y.o and 21 y.o. Raimy and Syed Ali.

They taught me personal grooming and are willing to conduct a course on the subject for our agency. They have a lot of ideas… bravos.

They also put a lot of effort on branding caliph consultants.

This reminds me on what I read from a book by J.C Maxwell on the comparison of character-driven people and emotion-driven people.

Are commitment driven	Are convenience driven
Make principle-based decisions	Make popular based decisions
Let action control attitude	Let attitude control action
Believe it, then see it	See it, then believe it
Create momentum	Wait for the momentum
Ask “What are my responsibilities?”	Ask “What are my rights?”
Continue when problem arise	Quit when problem arise
Are steady	Are moody
Are leaders	Are followers

I believe they both have most of the character-driven qualities above.
